American
Federation of Motorcyclists
We are a California roadracing club,
offering a place where you can participate in races, watch the
action as a spectator, or even take part as a turnworker on the
course (to get closest to the action). Our racetracks are Sears
Point (now Infineon, in Sonoma), Thunderhill Park Raceway (near
Willows) and Buttonwillow Raceway Park (near Buttonwillow),
where we hold 7-9 events per race season. We have a New Racer
School (the AFM Race School), offer practice sessions, and hold
races with trophies, championship points, contingency monies,
and everything. All events are open to the public and we welcome
enthusiasts of all types. There are competition classes for
almost all motorcycles, and you can race what you own, build a
bike specifically for racing, or maybe even pick up a pre-setup
bike from our "member want ads". The Crew is the turn worker
group, and they offer on-the-job training with some of the best
courseworkers in the country. Explore our website further for

Golden State Mini Motorcycle Road Racing
All races are held on Sunday with a
full day of practice on Saturday. Camping at the track, per
State of California "must be self contained." No Tents, sleeping
in pickups, etc. Course Location: Prairie City State
Recreational Vehicle Area 13300 White Rock Rd. Rancho Cordova
CA. Classes are broken down into Novice and Advanced Classes.
The rule book has complete rundown of class specs., bike specs.,
and rider specs.
Stockton Mini Road Racing Club
With Supermoto and Mini Motorcycle
Road Racing being all the rage, you can bet that Stockton
Motorplex Park will be there to bring you all the two wheeled
excitement that you can handle. From ground pounding,
slick shod supermoto bikes capable of speeds upwards of 90
m.p.h., to the knee dragging thrills and precision of mini road
racing, two wheeled racing at the Motorplex is alive and well.
Whether you plan on racing or just want to experience track
riding, we have what you’re looking for ... monthly Supermoto
racing with SuperMotoUSA and our own Stockton Mini Road Racing
Club (SMRRC) club races. Membership for the SMRRC is just $35.00
a year and license applications and rulebooks can be down loaded
from the links below. Check out the class structure below and
you'll find a class for just about everyone. Plus...every
Monday and Tuesday (weather permitting) from 1:00pm to 10:00pm
we’re open for *motorcycle* practice and tune. We're
looking forward to an exciting and thrilling year of 2 wheeled

Calamari Racing
Team Calamari Racing, a division of
Suscat Inc., began in 1985 as a high performance two-stroke
business. (RD's, RZ's, TZ's, H1's, H4's etc.) We have been in
the motorcycle industry since 1978. In 1986, with the coming
of Yamaha's YSR50 to the U.S., we decided to concentrate on the
Yamaha YSR50 mini road racer. We purchased 400 of them (along
with several Canadian YSR80's) and began experimenting, testing,
R&D work etc. Since then we have expanded into manufacturing,
distributing, and retailing of quality high performance parts
and accessories for the YSR50 and other mini road racers.
We ship world wide....daily! We have complete machine
shop facilities, and build engines for both racing and street
use. This includes the YSR50, TZM50, TZR50, YSR80, YZ80, RM80,

California Motorcyclist Safety Program
The California Motorcyclist Safety
Program is a statewide program established in 1985 when AB 412
(Assemblywoman Doris Allen) was signed into law. The program's
general purpose is to enhance motorcycle safety in California
through training and public education. Specifically, the
program's goals are to:
(1) improve motorcycle rider
training courses;
(2) expand course availability;
(3) provide financial and other types of assistance to
training sites;
(4) promote training courses in a motivational manner;
(5) promote increased awareness of motorcyclists in the
general driving public; and
6) conduct research necessary to document and improve the
program's effectiveness.

comprehensive, research-based, Rider Education and Training
System (MSF RETS). RETS curricula promotes lifelong-learning
